Eligibility for Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at sales@photo24.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
Photography care goods (such as cleaning kits)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If you require a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
