Return Policy
At Photo24, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at manager@photo24.co.za. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and photography care goods (such as cleaning kits). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
